Staso AI is an online software service for observing and guarding AI agents. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Digital delivery
Access is delivered through your Staso account, dashboard, APIs, and SDKs. Paid access is activated after payment is verified, for the service period shown in your billing confirmation or accepted order. Manual bank payments require verification before activation.
If you have paid but cannot access your plan, email [email protected] with your account email, organization name, and payment reference. We will check the payment and help restore access.
Shipping and delivery charges
No shipping fees, courier delivery, physical delivery address, or customs charges apply to our digital service.
Returns and exchanges
Physical returns and exchanges do not apply. Plan and capacity changes are handled through your account where available, or by contacting support. The price and effective date are shown before you confirm a change.
